We help you right inside the app.
All support for Trivia Racing happens in the app, where it's tied to your account and we can reply directly. There's no email queue to wait on — open a ticket and you'll see our reply in the same place.
Report a problem
Found a bug, a billing issue, or something else? In the app:
- Tap Profile on the main menu
- Tap 🛠 Help & Support
- Tap Report a problem, pick a category, and describe what happened
We reply in the ticket thread, and (if you've turned on notifications) we'll nudge you when there's a response. Your tickets and our replies live under Help & Support.
Lost your account after switching devices?
If you got a new phone and your progress or purchases didn't come across:
- First, open Profile and tap Restore purchases. On the same Apple ID this usually brings everything back instantly.
- If that doesn't do it, go to Profile → Help & Support → Recover my account and enter your original nickname and your Apple Order ID (from your Apple purchase email, or on iPhone under Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History). We'll verify and restore your account.
Protect yourself in advance: link Sign in with Apple from the Profile screen. Once linked, your purchases and progress follow your Apple ID to any device automatically.
Don't have the app installed?
Download Trivia Racing from the App Store, sign in, and open Profile → Help & Support. Because support is account-based, you'll need the app installed to open or read a ticket.
